EXCLUSIVE! Lea Michele, Quit Acting Like Such A Diva…It Didn’t End Well For These Other Snobby Ladies!
We witnessed Lea Michele’s diva-esque behavior first hand for the THIRD time last night at the Glee premiere party. She should take note from her friendly (and gorgeous) co-star Dianna Agron…doesn’t she know divas never prosper?
One hit show and an Emmy nomination later, Glee‘s Lea Michele is officially on our diva radar! The 24-year-old former Broadway starlet acted exactly like her stuck-up character, Rachel Berry, at the second season premiere and party in Los Angeles Sept. 7 — and HollywoodLife.com witnessed the entire thing!
While other cast members like, Dianna Agron and Jane Lynch, mingled with guests at the premiere party at the Paramount Studios lawn, Lea held court in the roped off VIP section with three security guards dressed in black surrounding her at all times.
Several fans waited patiently outside of the ropes, hoping to catch the dramatic actress’ attention to shower her with compliments. One 17-year-old high school student from the East Coast had flown out for the premiere and was missing her first day of senior year. Her biggest goal was to take a pic with Lea, who’s one of her favorite actresses, but sadly, Lea never left her perch and sat by herself with her team the majority of the night. So disappointing!
This isn’t the first time we’ve witnessed Queen Lea give her fans the cold shoulder! At the Primetime Emmy Awards Aug. 29, the nominated actress didn’t even stop to say hello when Gleeks began singing her “Happy Birthday” on the red carpet.
Later that night, HollywoodLife.com overheard the diva complaining to her boyfriend, Theo Stockman, about all the attention she was receiving. “Oh my god, I totally need bodyguards. Ugh!” she said, grimacing.
Meanwhile, Lea’s co-star, Dianna Agron is a dream on the red carpet and to her fans. She tirelessly works to show her appreciation, which is something Lea should start doing a little more if she wants to maintain her leading lady status. After all, look at these other divas who infamously learned their lessons when it was too late…
- Shannen Doherty, one of TV’s original divas, was such a nightmare on the Beverly Hills: 90210 set that she was fired in 1993. Then, she was let go AGAIN from Charmed in 1994 because she allegedly didn’t get along with co-star Alyssa Milano. YIKES! Meanwhile, Shannon’s 90210 co-star, Jennie Garth, 38, is known for being a real do-gooder. She’s a celebrity spokeswoman for “Go Red for Women” and goes out of her way to talk to fans and press, alike.
- Katherine Heigl infamously turned down an Emmy nomination for her role on Grey’s Anatomy because she “hadn’t been given good enough material,” and she didn’t think it was “fair” to the other nominees. She later was written out of the show. Katerine’s 40-year-old former co-star, Ellen Pompeo behaves completely differently and actually acts grateful for what Grey’s has done for her career.
- After being written off her show, Desperate Housewives actress Nicollette Sheridan, 46, filed a lawsuit against creator, Marc Cherry and ABC alleging she experienced “assault and battery, gender violence, discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation and age, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.” When no other cast members would stand up for her, Nicollette later down-played her original allegations. 35-year-old Housewife, Eva Longoria Parker, has a positive attitude, which has led to a blossoming career. Since landing the show, she’s been the face of Bebe Sport and L’Oreal.
- 48-year-old reality diva Danielle Staub famously was fired from Real Housewives of New Jersey this year because she couldn’t help her diva behavior on the Bravo show. On the other side of the bridge/tunnel, good girl and Real Housewife of New York, Bethenny Frankel, landed her own spin off reality show Bethenny Getting Married?
- Although it hasn’t seemed to hurt her yet, we’re just waiting for Kate Gosselin‘s snotty attitude to get the best of her. Despite acting like a sweet, humble woman, HollywoodLife.com has witnessed Kate acting like a major diva, walking around like she’s a legend and acting too cool for school.

People, Shut up, i mean come on! Lea michele is a diva, because she thinks she is great, and Yes, she is mean to her fans, and yes she doesn’t give a shit about them, but do you know what, she needs to keep her F* mouth shut, because i did read an interview with some of the cast members and the people who interviewed that person asked the cast member if it wasn’t to cold because the airco wass on freeze. But that cast member said: NO, its good, but wait for lea, because she is always complaining, so she will complain about this. And the bullshit about that she needs more bodyguards because she is famous is so lame! She’s a diva, and maybe that made her more populair, but if she doesn’t have time for her fans, she will lose it, Look at Megan fox, She got fired, transformers didn’t wanna have her, if lea keeps being a diva, she will lose her job too.
So thats my opinion!
And Lea, i hope you read this, and i hope that you realize that you lost at least 1 fan, ME, but why would you care, because your a bitch who thinks that she is the best in this world. So i can delete the realize part, because you never will realize it.

The stupid thing is (or even stupider I should say) is that in most of your examples, the so called divas are far more successful than your ms. congeniality types. It’s people like you who can’t help but pit female co-stars against each other that are setting the women’s rights movements decades. Morons.

Didn’t I just read an article on this website saying how great of a friend Lea is? Oh hey, that story, #3 on the ‘Today on HL’ column. Yup, it states what a great friend Lea is for helping Dianna over her break-up.
This story is such BS. And wow! Lea sat off to the side! Yup, she’s a diva alright! Did anyone even consider that maybe she’s tired? Or not feeling well? Lea’s never been anything short of grateful for her fans, and now that she’s super-famous, why the hell would she start being diva-ish to them now? Even if she was a diva, she isn’t stupid, like whoever the author of this article is. IT’S CALLED LOGIC PEOPLE. GO GET SOME.

A note to anyone reading this…hollywoodlife is about as inaccurate as gossip comes. Just yesterday they were talking about how Dianna Agron was turning into a diva because she was dating Alex Pettyfer. I think they also reported Alex was threatening Dianna. They just like to tear successful people down.
Oh, and Matthew Morrison and Cory Monteith skip the red carpet too. I wonder why no one calls them out on it? Oh! Right, because they don’t play FICTIONAL CHARACTERS who are divas. It’s really sad that people can’t differentiate between fiction and reality.

Whoever does the fact-checking there should be let go. Shannen Doherty was let go from 90210 in 1994, and then from Charmed (and it’s still not clear whether she quit or was fired) in 2001.

honestly, this is redic. i think that lea although may have gotten more popular she may need more security yes. but for being a diva im not sure. i know people that know her and said fame is something that she is getting used too. she is not a diva. also, i met her back when she was on bway and she was so sweet and nice. stop hating on her and after this article im over hollywoodlife.

None of this article is “made up”. This was the third time the reporter has witnessed Lea acting this way. Being a GLEE fan, I’m sure she’d rather report positive things about all of the cast members and not just some of them. It’s always so much nicer to read about a celebrity who is kind and gracious.

This “writer” (and I use that term very loosely) constantly puts Lea down. In other articles she slams her singing, her acting, and her looks. IMO this “writer” is bitter about not being a performer and instead being a gossip “writer.”
Want the truth? Look at gossipcop.com. They actually try to find out facts before they post.

Another thing too, about Lea Michele being a Diva? This rumours doesn´t come from once sources only. The rumours actually came out from the set and people working in Glee. So partly of the rumours are probably true!

When all the cast of Glee show were guested to Oprah Show last year, Oprah asked all of them, “who among the members are closed enough to the role they are potraying in Glee”. Matthew Morrison without any hesitation picked Lea Michele and the all the rest of the cast members agreed. And we all know, she plays the part of Rachel Berry, a talented but spoiled highschool student who acts like she´s above them all. I don´t think Oprah are kidding when she asked, and neither Matthew Morrison when he answered the question, as well as the others who agreed. There´s a video in youtube about that guesting, I suggest you watched it. Another thing, Lea Michele is one of the favourite artist of PerezHilton. Nothing but all praises he is giving to Lea Michele. But when this rumour about Lea Michele behaving like a diva, he posted it too to his websites. I don´t think, he will publish it he does think it´s false. So probably, he believes there´s partly true to it. Why don´t you visit his sites, look for it to read? It´s filed under Glee/Lea Michelle pages.

Re Oprah: Matt also said why she was most like her character, and he complimented her on her strength of character and drive.
Re Perez Hilton: He’s never been a fan, any more than any other gossip monger, like those found on this derivative and ridiculous site. He, like other gossip mongers, post whatever will get the most hits. And I hate that I’m a part of it now. ugh

Dude, Perez is a GOSSIP columnist, much like this website. They live to make up stuff and attract readers. As to Lea being like her character, first of all, Jenna (who plays Tina) has known her since Spring Awakening and she’s said that Lea is super organized and always making lists, much like her character. Many cast members have also said that she’s the hardest working. And if you’ve really seen the Oprah clip, among others of Matthew Morrison, you’d know that he has nothing but praise for her.

Actually, most rumors can be traced to one source. These gossip sites just pick up whatever the other is saying and rewrite it a little. Often they will embellish the story. The fact that you believe everything you read on the internet is a sad commentary on your education, or lack thereof.

I just read an aticle recently where Lea Michele claims, Glee is a family. Nicely said. But I wonder if some producers offer her a chance to be big and out of Glee´s shadow, I´m pretty sure she´ll dump Glee on the spot.

Here contract is 3 seasons. She will be there for at least 3 seasons. You can wonder that about any of the cast not just Lea.

I think you better research your facts. According to Glee wiki, all the contracts of all permanent cast members of Glee will run out in 2011, but if those wiki writers are all unrealiable, that´s another story, isn´t it? Ryan Murphy doesn´t even know how many episodes will be in season 2, or if it´s gonna last that long. So the question is, where did you get your facts about having Lea Michelle contract runs for 3 seasons unless you meant for 3rd season? Either way you will never find any plans for the 3rd season yet? You are too advanced.

That’s quite normal. A studio will tie an actor for a show up for several years, even before a pilot goes out, so the actor is committed to them, but not them to the actor. If the Glee pilot wasn’t successful there’d not have been a show. But all the main cast signed contracts that mean they get no pay increase for 3 years.
The power is always with the studios unless and until the actors are famous enough to play hardball. The early years of Friends and ER were the same way.

Lea has stated that she’ll stick with Glee as long as they want her. But yes, her contract expires in 2011, and Ryan has stated that he’ll be looking for a whole new cast come season 4, which, on the show, would be the present casts’ characters’ freshman year in college.
And yeah, plans for the third season have been made. News articles came out months ago on how the entire cast signed on for season 3. And the number of episodes for season 2 is already known, seeing as a show MUST STATE the number of episodes for a season before they even begin shooting. That’s why statements like, “Glee has been renewed for (insert number here) episodes,” are released.
If you are adamant on confirming sources, I’m sure you can Google them.

This is complete BS. Seriously what is wrong with this website? Why do you hate Lea Michele so much?! Did she do something to you? I know you love your precious Dianna… but aren’t they best friends in real life? So if Dianna is so “perfect” and she’s friends with Lea then hmm… Lea must not be so bad ?!!
