Our favorite Jersey Shore diva Snooki traipsed into court Sept. 9 wearing her (Oh, Gawd) Sunday best: a sparkly spandex top (dress?) accessorized with what appears to be a leather sash, obviously borrowed from a retired Return of the Jedi Ewok.
Snooki, who appeared in court for a previous public disturbance violation, plead guilty and got off with just a $500 fine and two days of community service — and the Seaside Heights judge called her a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe.” OUCH! Well, at least Snooki managed to put on a dress for her court date! Miss Lohan opted for a more “nipple-bearing/grunge/short short/well-worn plaid” look during her legal woes. Maybe she can get Abercrombie & Fitch to style her next court date! Fashionably appropriate? Definitely not.

Snooki was actually making an appearance at a court hearing.
Lindsay was just having a twice weekly meeting with her probation officer to a random drug and alcohol test.
