Britney Spears could be tying the knot AGAIN! A source tells Hollywoodlife.com exclusively that the pop princess’ boyfriend, Jason Trawick, proposed to her during their recent Hawaiian vacation – and that she said YES!

Nothing’s official yet, but according to our source, the proposal “was the most important part of their romantic Hawaiian vacation. Britney has been looking to get married and Jason felt it was the right time to propose.”

And WHOA was his proposal romantic! The bigtime Hollywood agent was nervous, but he still managed to smoothly set up a romantic, candlelit beach dinner. Although he thought about hiding the ring, “he was so nervous that all he could remember to do was to get down on one knee,” says our insider, who adds that Jason “professed his love for her and her boys and then asked her to be his wife.”

Britney’s dad, Jamie Spears, has yet to give his blessing to the couple, but Jason and Brit, 29, are already reportedly planning on returning to Hawaii for their big day.

If the two DO marry, it will be Britney’s third time down the aisle. In 2004, she married childhood pal Jason Alexander, but split a mere 55 hours later before having the marriage annulled! Later that year, she tied the knot with backup dancer Kevin Federline, but their marriage ended in divorce (and children Jayden James and Sean Preston) three years later.

So far, it sounds like the third time could be a charm for Britney! It’s obvious that she and Jason are totally into each other, and his proposal only makes him seem even more romantic – just the kind of guy that Britney deserves.
