Now You Can Be A Joe Jonas Fan Literally From Birth!
Joe Jonas returned to the hospital where he was born to cut the ribbon on a nursery named after him!
Listen up Jonas Brother fans. If you find yourself going into labor in Casa Grande, Arizona, you may just get to give birth inside the Joe Jonas Nursery. According to TrivValley Central, the Casa Grande Regional Medical Center in Arizona has renamed their newborn nursery after the famous singer who was born there in 1989.
During the dedication ceremony, Joe presented the hospital with a check for $10,000 on behalf of his Change for the Children charity (a nonprofit that encourages children to help others kids and provides small grants to pay for community service projects) which the hospital used to purchase state-of-the-art equipment for the nursery. “I’ve never had anything like this named after me,” said the 21-year-old.
“We are so excited to dedicate our nursery to Joe Jonas because we want to inspire our small-town community to know that their children can accomplish wonderful dreams,” added Rona Curphy, president and CEO of CGRMC. Also on hand for the ceremony was his very first fan — Deborah Hoeft (formerly Browning), the deliver room nurse who helped bring Joe into the world!
