It will be a year of probation and no jail time following an incident in Las Vegas where Paris was arrested with cocaine.

Stars, they aren’t just like us! After being arrested with .8 grams of cocaine on Aug. 27 it looks like Paris Hilton will be avoiding any jail time and will instead get a year of probation after copping a plea deal. Radar Online reports, “the celebrity socialite has agreed to plead guilty Monday in Las Vegas Justice Court to two misdemeanors stemming from the August 27 arrest outside the Wynn resort.” She will also receive a $2,000 fine, be required to complete 200 hours of community service, and complete a drug abuse program.

This is Paris’ third incident with drugs this summer. The first came during the World Cup in June when she was found with marijuana and a similar situation happened in July at an airport in Corsica. She was able to get out of both situations without an repercussions.

It looks like history is once again repeating itself.
