Lindsay Lohan is heading back to the slammer! Judge Elden Fox has revoked her probation and denied her bail!

The next hearing? Not for another 4 weeks, on Oct. 22!

The outcome is surprising, as it was widely believed that Lindsay was going to post bail and avoid prison. The starlet, who was dressed conservatively, was immediately handcuffed, and is now jail-bound. According to E! Lindsay is expected to return to Lynnwood correctional facility or a downtown Los Angeles jail.

And Michael Lohan is furious with Judge Elden Fox for sending Lindsay back to jail, arguing she needs rehab instead.

During a press conference following the Judge’s ruling, Michael also pointed the finger at Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, claiming she bungled the case.

The estranged father also pointed the finger at Lindsay’s circle of friends, who he claimed are enablers. “Lindsay knows what she needs and knows what she wants, but people are turning a blind eye,” he told reporters. “I just hope this time [Lindsay’s mom] Dina doesn’t drive another wedge between us and keep me out of the jail.”

The bottom line, Michael said, is “[Lindsay] hasn’t gotten help for her addiction yet. Leaving California to go to New York for Fashion Week was wrong. She’s around the wrong people, hanging out the wrong places.”
