We know it might be impossible for you to decide which brother is right for Elena, but unfortunately, we’re making you choose! Should she go with sensitive, brooding Stefan? If they don’t get this right and let Damon and Elena get together then I feel like the ratings are going to drop! I think most people are like me, and can no longer take any more Stefan and Elena1 Damon and Elena belong together!

I agree that Stefan and Elena are good together. But so are Damon and Elena. How are we supposed to know who Elena is better with if she doesn’t even try being with Damon? She can’t deny that there’s something between them, and that after all that they’ve been through, they deserve each other.

Stelena all the waay! Delena would ruin elenas riteous character and Stefan is loyal and my favorite character on the show and I would HATE to see him get hurt. Stelena belong together their romance was perfect! and I wish damon and bonnie would begin a romance lol.

Im for Delena,they may not be the best couple,but i like them together,they fit perfect,because Damon is hot,funny and bad,and Elena is nice,beautiful and good,and in a relesenship its emportent difrency,beacuse that way the relesenship could servive,and Damon is so hot!

Damon is her true love! he deserves her and she deserves him! Damon was was helping her and there with her every step of the way! She loves Damon! she may also love Stefan but the connection between Delana is to great to ignore! Damon has always tried to keep Elana safe! Stefan will never compare to Damon! Delana is definitely the right choice. Damon will always be there for her no matter what and he will always love her! Of course Damon is way hotter than Stefan but everyone already knows that lol. but that’s not what this is about! The fact of the matter is that Damon is her true love! So i choose DELANA!!

So you want reasons why Stelena is the best choice? Ok. The two of them at their core are basically good people. Yes, Stefan is a vampire and with that comes the dark vampire nature, but as Emily said in S1 “Even in death, your heart is pure Stefan.” Even though he has demons/weaknesses as a vampire he still fought that darkness to change and be good. One thing that really sticks out in my mind about Stefan is that he cares about the people that Elena cares about. He tries to protect them because that’s important to Elena. Whereas Damon actually states “I will always choose you.” I hate that a lot of Delena fans make that into some kind of romantic gesture when really it’s appalling. Would you realistically want a man in your life that is going to care less about the people you care about? Probably not. Stefan also trust Elena, and allows her to make her own decisions. Damon seriously lacks in that department. He’s a total caveman with her. I understand that he cares/loves her but it isn’t in a pure nature. Elena takes note on this in 3×14 to Stefan about how he trusts her. This is something important to Elena. When Stefan turned ripper Elena never gave up on him even when he was at his worse. That says a lot. If she didn’t truly love him then she wouldn’t have tried to save him. They have been through so much as a couple and always managed to come out the other side. His struggle with bloodlust, Katherine, Klaus. Look I want to be a reasonable SE fan here. I realize that Elena has feelings for Damon. I know that she fights that so she won’t hurt Stefan and maybe she just thinks it’s wrong on some level to go there. I won’t deny that they may get together and try to have a relationship because it is possible, but as much as I love Damon I only see that he is a distraction to the real love story here. These characters have to change, and evolve but they aren’t supposed to change the core of who they are. I truly believe that DE is another obstacle to SE. Now I want to be fair because I do understand that DE bring things out in each other but why does this mean they are perfect for one another? The bond that SE has is completely undeniable. Why would the writers create this beautiful/epic love story just for it to be pointless in the end? Elena only seems to be drawn to the good side that Damon sometimes shows. Sure there is more to him, but that’s what draws her in initially because she is a good person too. She will always want him to be good. In essence she will want him to be Stefan. He even tells her in S3 to stop trying to turn him into Stefan. That says a lot. She doesn’t love him unconditionally. He deserves someone who does. Not to mention Stefan sees that she has feelings for Damon and honorably encourages her to explore that to find out how she really feels. That is true love to me. If the situation were reversed do you think Damon would allow that or would he just lash out in some way? It’s pretty obvious that SE is the true/epic love story of the show and we have to watch and see if they can overcome everything that gets in the way to come back to each other. We’ll have to see if this happens, but even if she chooses to be with Damon for a while I don’t see it lasting. People forget who Elena really is, and who Damon really is. Who do you think Damon will turn into when he’s with her? Probably not the Damon we all know and love. How far would each of these characters have to change to really fit together in a way that will make them last? That’s why I feel that SE is the better match. After all “That kind of love never dies…”

I didn’t read the whole thing, but the whole stefan is good thing I don’t agree with. He was the one who turned damon in the first place, so at his core he isn’t good at all in my opinion. He’s turned dark several times, and in my opinion done far worse things than damon.

Stefans heart is not pure even when he was human his heart wasnt pure I am not saying Damons heart is pure either but come on now? A pure heart would not cause trouble whether mentally or physically. Stefan as a human betrayed Damons trust and he forced Damon to turn for selfish reasons just like Klaus carried around his family in coffins for selfish reasons. A pure heart is someone who does not cause trouble to hurt someone else whether mentally or physically. Like how Stefan doesnt care that he hurts Damon metally or physically. Unless Damon is dying thats like the only time Stefan is actually nice to him. Damon is not a bad guy really he just had a bad life. Damon turns off his humanity because he feels that if he cares he will get hurt which i understand. I mean Stefan was accepted from his father over Damon and because of Stefan being born Damon saw his mother die and Stefan killed there father whether by accident of bloodlust still he should have came to his senses not to eat his father. Damon doesnt like being bad deep down he only acts like it because he is afraid to get hurt.

I’d like to point out that Stelena fans have not justified why he would be the best choice. All i’ve seen is ‘they just belong together’, and ‘it’s true love’. But WHY is it true love? Because they were boyfriend and girlfriend for a bit? People break up all of the time!! And yes they were in love but that doesn’t mean they stay together forever! Delena fans actually give credible reasons for them to be together, and yes they have incredible chemistry on screen. I agree that Damon makes elena stronger and elena gives him his humanity in return. If your into this true love malarky, then if anything that is true love. This is a television series, made to show development of characters and the changes they constantly go through. Those routing for stefan need to let go and realise what has been brewing since the forst ever series. Just accept it and enjoy it! Delena <3

I choose Stefan. And I hope the writers will go with that too,’cause any other possible endgame,it just seems like a mistake to me. What Stefan and Elena have is just so powerful,magical.. I don’t want them to lose that!

You say its magical but you dont even know why Stefan and Elena love each other. And there love is not even close to epic. It is more like love at first site if you really focus. They fell in love to fast and it took a while for Stefan to tell her the truth at least with Damon he is brutally honest.

DELENA! because everytime i hear about stefan or see his bat-face or have to hear his jealous comments (i have something you never will: her respect, you’re better than him…etc) i feel like i have to throw up.! damon always defends his brother in front of elena (i can’t help to be a little proud…) stefans disgusting. my opinion. end.
