Talk about an emotional reunion! Trust me, you’re going to need a box of Kleenex handy tonight.

On last week’s episode of MTV’s Teen Mom we watched a very frustrated (and thankfully more mature) Farrah try to get in touch with her late boyfriend Derek‘s family for a paternity test. She needs to prove that Derek was Sophia‘s father in order to receive social security check — and on tonight’s all-new episode, she FINALLY meets up with Derek’s sister Kassy (who, depending on her age, might also be a teen mom.) Their daughters play together while they talk, and Kassy even gives Sophia some photos of her dad so she’ll always remember him. Talk about a tearjerker! Click here to watch the preview video!
