I was shocked by your comments supporting Bonnie and Damon as a couple! Do you think they could really last?

I think you all know by now that I’m a firm believer in Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena (Nina Dobrev) getting together on The Vampire Diaries — but some of you have a very different dream couple in mind. In the comments section on one of my previous posts, you announced your desire to see Damon hook up with Mystic Falls’ resident witch, Bonnie (Katerina Graham.) You’re even calling them “Bamon!”

This is a really hard couple for me to imagine, and not just because Bonnie and Damon have tried to kill each other on multiple occasions. She hates him for turning and killing Vicki (Kayla Ewell), and now for turning Caroline (Candice Accola.) She’s cool with Stefan, but she generally hates vampires. In fact, her hatred of vampires might make her a better match for one of the town’s resident werewolves, Tyler (Michael Trevino) or Mason Lockwood (Taylor Kinney.)

I don’t personally see Bonnie/Damon happening, but I’m always open to a good Vampire Diaries debate. So head to the comments section and let me know why YOU think Damon and Bonnie should (or should not) take their relationship to the next level.
