The news of Courteney and David’s split shocked everyone, but sources tell HollywoodLife.com that David is NOT living with his new Courteney look-alike and he’s actually dating several women!

The newly single David Arquette has allegedly wasted no time in finding a much younger, gorgeous, brunette girlfriend. The 39-year-old actor, was thought to be a devoted husband, in a very happy marriage with his wife of 11 years, Courteney Cox, but the couple, released a statement regarding their separation Oct. 11.

New reports claim David has been dating Jasmine Waltz, a 28-year-old aspiring actress, who works as a cocktail waitress at Premiere Supper Club in LA. David even called into the Howard Stern Show on Sirius/XM Oct. 12, and admitted he’s been sleeping with other women, when Howard asked him about Jasmine.

“She knows she’s not f***ing me, and she’s like, ‘Listen, I want you to be able to do whatever you have to do,’” he said.

HollywoodLife.com spoke to a source very close to Jasmine, who reveals that David and Jasmine’s situation is “complicated” but she’s definitely “not living with him.” Our source adds that David and Courteney have been seeing other people for a while, and they each have been doing their fair share of dating. This also comes on the heels of claims that Courteney has been spending some quality time with her Cougar Town co-star, Brian Van Holst, who plays the role of her ex-husband. But HollywoodLife.com spoke to sources on the Cougar Town set who claim that the pair are just friends.

Jasmine is best known for dating her fair share of Hollywood celebrities, and for allegedly punching Lindsay Lohan in the face July 2, at club Voyeur in LA, after Lindsay supposedly flirted with Jasmine’s close friend and Paris Hilton‘s ex, Doug Reinhardt. Waltz later said – “All I have to say is that disturbed little trainwreck is delusional. I didn’t hit her but I’d like to.”

Jasmine first gained notoriety after she began dating Ryan Seacrest, in 2009. Jasmine, who was a waitress at LA night club Les Deux at the time, met Ryan at Guy’s, a lounge in West Hollywood. Shortly after that, the two had a romantic vacation in Paris and then split.

Jasmine was then spotted just a few months later, frolicking on the beach with 22-year-old singer Jesse McCartney. But after a short lived romance, Jasmine moved on to another one of her conquests. In April, it was reported that Jasmine was dating Hollywood hottie, Chris Pine, but after just a few months, the couple parted ways.

If it’s true that David is already shacking up with this serial dater, he might want to think about her motives.  Shockingly, there are also reports that Courteney may have a new male interest of her own.
