AnnaLynne won’t be crying over Kellan while he’s filming down south. She plans to be by his side as often as she can!

90210 star AnnaLynne McCord plans to visit her boyfriend Kellan Lutz as much as possible while he films Breaking Dawn, the fourth installment in the Twilight saga, over the next seven months down in Baton Rouge, La. “I’m planning trips to New Orleans [which is about an hour drive from Baton Rouge] constantly,” AnnaLynne told HollywoodLife.com exclusively Oct. 18 at the 50 & Fabulous Gala at NYC’s Pierre Hotel.

“Any excuse I have to get back down there, I take,” AnnaLynne, 23, said with a wink.

AnnaLynne, who’s heavily involved with multiple charities believes that having a similar interest in philanthropy is important to her relationships (specifically the one she has with 25-year-old boyfriend Kellan.)

“It’s an imperative part of any relationship I’m going to have,” she told us. “If you don’t care about it, then get out of my life!”

There is one scenario that AnnaLynne does try to avoid in maintaining her long distance relationship with Kellan: “Crying isn’t good,” she said.

AnnaLynne’s major effort in New Orleans focuses on the St. Bernard Project. “We’re building houses for victims of Katrina and now we’re working on our second mental health wellness center.”
