Ashley Greene Is So In Love With Joe Jonas, She Follows Him To South America — But His Mom Doesn’t Like Her! EXCLUSIVE DETAILS!
Joe Jonas is getting hot and heavy with his new Twilight girlfriend, Ashley Greene, but there’s one woman getting between them — his mom!
Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene have become inseparable throughout the last five months. She’s traveled on tour with him, he’s gone to Baton Rouge with her — and they’ve even made out in public. Plus, Ashley couldn’t stand to be away from Joe for too long, so she’s flown to Columbia in South America to be with him during his tour.
“Oh My gosh! Just landed in Bogota and was met with lots of love and screams from fans! You guys are So amazing! Thanks for the warm welcome!” the 23-year-old actress tweeted Oct. 27.
Everything seems to be falling perfectly into place for the completely in love couple, but there’s one person who’s not thrilled by the match — Joe’s mom, Denise.
Joe’s family is super religious (his dad is a former ordained minister from an Assemblies of God church) and a friend of the family’s tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively Denise isn’t Ashley’s biggest fan.
“Normally he’s the one calling the shots, but now Ashley’s the one leading the relationship,” our insider says. “She’s edgier and older than Joe’s other girlfriends and his mom isn’t thrilled about the situation.”
Joe, 21, has always been the ladies’ man out of his brothers, but until now, he’s only dated seemingly innocent girls, like Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato and Camilla Belle. Unlike those ladies, Ashley, 23, isn’t as much of a goody two shoes (see: her sex store extravaganza).
Our source adds, “They’ve instilled really moral believes in their boys, and Joe has always been the one to push the envelope a little bit. Denise knows her boys are heartthrobs, but she’s kind of nervous of the way Ashley has Joe wrapped around her finger.”
According to our source, although she has trepidations about the new union, ultimately Denise wants the world for her boys and will do just about anything to ensure their happiness — even if it means accepting Ashley.
“She’s trying to give Ashley a shot,” the insider explains, adding, “But things are a little strained.”
Joe and Ashley have most recently been with each other in Baton Rouge, Louis., where she’ll be filming the final installments of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn until the spring.

I am a HUGE Ashley fan, I want anything for her that makes her happy. But i don’t like them as a couple. Joe is gonna end up breaking her heart just like he did all his other girlfriends. I am also a Taylor Swift fan and i hated the way he hurt her. i don’t wanna see Ashley crushed like that. And anybody that thinks that Ashley is “wild” she’s not. She is just a normal human. She is 23 which is perfectly old enogh to make her own decisions about how she wants to live her life. I love Ashley and will always be her number one fan and support her, even if she does decide to make the biggest mistake of her life with Joe Jonas.

Mrs. Jonas will never be happy with who her boys date. I have a son and I am very protective of him. But kids need space to grow up and make their own choices and mistakes. As adults we made ours, so let them have that experience. Joe and Ashley seem like fun and outgoing people. Let them be happy and hope this is not a train wreck waiting to happen.
