The actress showed up with questionable hair last night? What do you think?

Spotted on the red carpet at the Boarding for Breast Cancer event last night: Gossip Girl’s Jessica Szohr. The actress is definitely giving us rocker attitude here and that’s totally cool, but I just have to ask…what’s up with the hair?

I mean, I can’t figure it out. Is it an updo (or an updon’t, as it were?) and half of it fell down? Is she channeling Amy Winehouse? Was she caught in a windstorm prior to entering the building? I’m all for cool, experimental hairstyles but maybe it should look like you actually did something to you hair.
