Padma Lakshmi gave birth to a baby girl, Krishna, in February, but clearly she didn’t consider motherhood to be an excuse to let herself go. Instead, she kicked her workouts into overdrive. “I woke up at 6 a.m., I nursed. Then I ran up and down 70 flights of stairs,” the Top Chef host tells PopEater.com about her daily fitness schedule. “Then I had breakfast, then went to the gym and lifted weights for an hour.
