Amber Portwood is fighting against allegations that she is a horrible mom and that she has disappeared from her 23-month-old daughter Leah‘s life! The Teen Mom star spoke to HollyBaby.com today and revealed that she and her ex-boyfriend, Gary Shirley, have reached a “verbal custody agreement” with Child Protective Services and that Leah is living with Gary at the home that Amber owns in Anderson, Ind., while she stays at an apartment she leases nearby. “I haven’t abandoned Leah!” she says.
