How lucky is Willow Smith to have her birthday fall on Halloween? She hits the big 1-0 today, but being born on Oct. 31 means that every year, she can have a costume party for her birthday! Judging by the over-the-top outfits she wears, that’s the kind of thing that would be right up Willow’s alley. But guess who the ”Whip My Hair” singer says she’s going to dress up as today? “I’m probably going to be myself,” Willow said, “and walk around the neighborhood saying, ‘Do you like Willow Smith?’ and then take my mask off and I’ll be, like, ‘It’s meeeeee!’” Click here to read more
