Who is going to win Miley and her money — daddy Billy Ray or mom Tish who has acted as Miley’s comanager throughout her career?
The battle has begun in the divorce proceedings between Billy Ray Cyrus, 49, and his soon-to-be ex-wife Leticia “Tish” Cyrus, 43, over the couple’s 17-year-old superstar daughter Miley Cyrus and her estimated billion-dollar worth! “Billy Ray and Tish are already bickering over how to handle their most valuable asset — Miley,” a family insider tells Star magazine. “Whoever has control over the future of her career is bound to make hundreds of millions of dollars.”
It looks like Miley has already sided with her father after news broke that her mother Tish allegedly had an affair with rocker Bret Michaels. “Miley and Billy Ray have an incredible bond,” explains the source. “This whole situation has hurt Miley’s relationship with her mother — she’s definitly going to side with her father.”
Miley has admitted : “I love him so much!”
But regardless of their daughter’s preference, Tish and Billy are already discussing who will get custody of their three kids — Miley (who turns 18 this month), son Braison, 16, and daughter Noah, 10. Billy has asked to, “share the care, custody and control” — but will Tish agree, especially when Miley is such a money maker?
Miley brought in around $50 million in 2009 alone for her 57 concert dates, role in The Last Song and hit show Hannah Montana.

in about 20 days she’ll be 18 and in charge of her own money so…. why are they even discussing it…. it’s none of their business anymore about her money.

I feel so sorry for poor little Miley. Yes, she has millions of dollars to her name, but even the richest of teens should never be talked about as though they were a valuable vase. Its cruel.
But it’s Noah I feel for the most, she’s so young and to have a parents divorcing is bad enough, but when its in the public eye so harshly its going to be even tougher.

People magazine basically just said this story is BS. Why must you hurt this family? No matter what the situation they are going thru a hard time, Miley isnt their only child & you’re hurting all of them.
