We were all anxiously awaiting Gwyneth’s country music debut and she nailed it!

Gwyneth Paltrow took the stage like a pro Nov. 10 at the 44th annual Country Music Association Awards! Before each commercial break, the CMAs promo’d Gwyneth’s duet with country music legend Vince Gill, and of course, her performance was saved until the very end! After waiting for more than two hours, Hollywood’s leading lady hit Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena stage and sang “Country Strong,” the main song from her upcoming film, Country Strong, co-starring Tim McGraw and Leighton Meester.

Honestly, Gwyneth did 10 times better than expected, but it was definitely hard to get Gwyneth the actress out of my head and concentrate on her as a singer. Also, it was beyond bizarre that her husband and Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin was MIA — shouldn’t he have been there supporting her? Watch the video and tell us what YOU thought of her performance!
