Joe Jonas claimed it was mutual and Demi Lovato insisted he ended things — now we might be getting the REAL story behind the breakup that led Demi down her dark path!
It’s not fair to place blame for Demi’s troubles solely on Joe Jonas. Friends of the 18-year-old Disney star claim she’s been dealing with issues for years. However, a story from the new issue of People magazine has all the details behind Joe’s decision to leave Demi Lovato – and there were warning signs!
A source tells the magazine that while Joe, 21, was dating Demi, she “was a true teenager in love.” But despite her feelings for the middle Jo Bro, he had to end things because “Demi’s attitude and behavior were out of control.” The report continues on to say that she was “a mess” and “tortured.”
There are even new details on the airport fight that set Demi home from the tour. After her backup dancer Alex Welch tattled on Demi’s partying habits, a tour member says, “’Demi walked onto the plane, did not look at the girl, then suddenly punched her in the face and threatened her with a slew of expletives. Demi’s manager asked her, ‘Are you in control at all?’ She said, ‘Sorry, I just lost it.’”
It seems that Joe saw the troubling signs in Demi long before she broke down at the airport. The source also insists that everyone knew about her problems, including her battle with cutting: “‘It wasn’t a secret. She was getting help.”
The Camp Rock star is currently receiving therapy in a suburban treatment center. Get better soon, Demi!

I dont think this is real. I know its Real. Not bagging on Demi but i saw the other pictures of this and they show that shes a lesbian. Like her licking some girl. with a tiny nipple coming out. and Demi has that Buck Chin. Well Theres a buck chin in this picture.

I dont blame him for her troubles like it said she had problems before him but my thing is if he knew she was having problems why didn’t he help her if he cared for her or love her he would of that to me just shows he didnt

I never blamed Joe for what was wrong with Demi my only problem was if he saw how messed up she was why didn’t he try to help her instead of ditching her and finding someone else and then rubbing it in her face.

yeah i totally agree with you, joe shoulda helped her, but i guess. what she needs alot of is friends that will support her through and through, i support her one million percent. and i say screw joe. she should get herself a ball player, then rub it in his face. so he will know how it feels.

I’m a huge Demi supporter, she’s my idol, and I’m kind of a fan of Joe. The only thing I don’t get though, is if they were such “Best Friends” and if Joe had been seeing all the signs, why didn’t he try to push her to get help? Instead he dumps her and then not much later he’s seen all over a new girl, rubbing it in Demi’s face. So much for being her “Best Friend” /:

well the only person i think there is to blame is ashley greene. i understand that demi had very severe issues before ashley was in the picture , but she didnt need to come on tour and go extremely public with the guy that demi was still in love with. i just hope that joe and demi can someday get back together again.

Ashley Green is the more popular actress is what it comes down to. She is being idolized everywhere for being a part of Twilight, and boys like the popular girls. There’s REALLY nothing more to it than that. Demi is by far the better-looking girl of the two, but at this age, all the psyche wants is to fit in and click with the popular group.
