Want to smell like a “Teenage Dream?” Check out Katy’s new perfume!

We recently showed you photos of Katy Perry’s smoking hot ad for her new fragrance, Purr, which showed her in a Latex catsuit playing with a ball of yarn. Made you kind of curious to see how it would smell, didn’t it? Well, kick off the “Fireworks” because Purr is in stores NOW!

First of all, check out the super cute bottle which – no surprise here per the name of the fragrance – is shaped like a cat with jeweled eyes. So fun and girly, right?!? Love.  Katy was evidently very involved with every aspect of the scent, including the design of the bottle.

Purr reportedly captures the essence of the pop star who adores all things feminine and cute and is described as having top notes of peach nectar, forbidden apple and green bamboo; middle notes of jasmine blossom, pink freesia and Bulgarian rose, and ending with notes of vanilla orchid, white amber, creamy sandalwood and musk.

The fragrance is available now at Nordstrom stores and online and will be sold in three sizes: 1 oz. for $36, 1.7 oz. for $45 and 3.4 oz. for $65. I hear that similar bath and body products with Katy’s fragrance, including bubble bath and body lotion, are forthcoming for the holidays.
