Carrie Underwood Says She Wouldn’t Know What To Talk About With A 4-Year-Old!
The country songstress may not be ready for kids, but she sure hopes that she has those motherly instincts when the time is right!
Carrie Underwood says that she’s nervous about starting a family with hockey player husband Mike Fisher! Carrie, 27, tells InStyle magazine that it’s going to be “a while” before she becomes a mom — and Mike, 30, might be the reason why! “The other night Mike was with some friends and their kids, and he sent me a funny text saying, ‘Watching my friend’s kids… Let’s wait a while,’” Carrie tells InStyle. “I didn’t grow up around kids, and I hope those motherly instincts are in me. I’m sure they are, but I don’t know what to talk about with a 4-year-old!”
Carrie has a pregnancy pact with her friends! Let’s hope her BFFs take their time!
Hey Carrie, if you’re nervous about it, there’s no better time to start practicing. Maybe strike up a conversation with a kid about iPads or spaghetti tacos – that should do the trick!
