I was shocked to see Nick Carter’s Wi-Fi available backstage at the American Music Awards, but his password was even more priceless!

The American Music Awards Nov. 21 were chalk full of fun surprises, Justin Bieber broke records, Ke$ha acted like a robot…and Nick Carter forgot to put his Wi-fi network on private. Confused? Allow me to explain.

I was sitting backstage at the awards with a couple friends, frantically searching for Internet when “Nick Carter’s Shit” popped up on my Mac as the number one option. Sadly, the network was locked, but my friends and I started to try passwords just for giggles. “Backstreetsback” and “Sexytimes” didn’t work, but the third option did!

That’s right; I can officially tell you Nick Carter‘s Wi-Fi password is (drum roll, please)…”Backstreet!” How funny is that? Out of all the passwords in the world, the 30-year-old boy band star chose the most cliche, predictable word he could ever use and it 100% made my night.

Unfortunately, shortly thereafter “Nick Carter’s Shit” disappeared into the abyss, as though it knew I was riding its coat tails. Nevertheless, my night was already made. Thanks, Nick!
