The teen queen has been the strong, silent one while her ‘rents have been splitting up, but her friends fear that the cracks are finally starting to show.
Dealing with a parent’s divorce is tough on any teenager. However, going through it when you’re Miley Cyrus and you’re scrutinized for every smile, every step, and every word is a whole other ballgame. The 18-year-old Disney powerhouse has been acting out since her parent’s divorce, but she’s also been trying to maintain a normal life in front of the cameras as her family deals with this difficult time. However, now her friends are worried Miley’s brave face won’t last much longer.
“Miley is trying to be strong going through her parent’s breakup and she loves them both,” a friend insists to Hollywoodlife.com. “Everyone is reading into each of her every moves, like when she goes out with her mom and no one sees her dad. It’s pushing her buttons.”
As we saw with Demi Lovato, when you push enough buttons, it’s only inevitable it will lead to an explosion.
“She’s trying to focus on her new movie and staying strong, but some of us are worried about her,” says the source. “She’s putting on a brave face, but she seems tired and stressed.”
Poor, Miley! We hope we don’t have another Disney star meltdown. One was more than enough this year.

Suck it up you spoiled little brat. You aren’t the first one to go thru your parents getting divorced and you wont be the last! (I come from a divorced family and I have been divorced for 12 years) It’s not easy on the parents either. Just be there for each other.

WHy is it that just because her parents are divorced, people think that now she can’t go out with her parents separately? YEAH, she goes to lunch with her mom. So now this means that she hates her dad? I HATE THAT. When you think about it, she was never seen with just her dad even BEFORE the divorce!! It means NOTHING! We don’t know their schedules, maybe her dad just liked being at home more or whatever. We have absolutely no clue. So stop scrutinizing every little thing, like you mention that “other people” do in your article! Just let her live her freaking life. The best thing we can do to help and prevent an “explosion” is to SUPPORT her. Not scrutinize everything anyone does or says, try to analyze Miley’s life, and pretend like you know her life! Just shut up and be supportive! She needs that! <3 I will love and support Miley FOREVER NO MATTER WHAT. And when articles like this come out claiming to talk to close "sources," it's anything but believable and I WILL stand up for Miley.

I think we should pass a law that a magazine/blog etc can be sued for signigicant damages if they don’t reveal their source, unless that source is found by a court to likely suffer very significant loss of income or bodily harm. Even if we need to amend the Constitution to do it.
