It’s not. But glitz-and-glamor-chasing-Kate spends a whole lot more time in New York City and Los Angeles than she does in Wernersville.
After all, the only things in Wernersville are a huge rural estate and 8 neglected little children. Why would Kate spend time there?

WHAT was so sad to me is the kids WERE having a good time,and kate just goes and messes it up for them.Sarah &todd were trying to show the kids and kate a good time,but b/c she was miserable everyone else had to be,and when she found out her antics were not working on the palins she declaired she was DONE,GONE OUTTA THEIR!I really used to like kate but when she made that f’ed up comment about her children not being gosslins but palins like it was such a bad thing,but the real deal breaker for me was when she was talking to piper,who is just a little girl herself and asked her if this is what her family considers fun and poor piper just stood their..:(( I cannot stand kate anymore…
