Why Is Suri Cruise Out In New York City Without A Coat? It was 36 Degrees! Burr!
We’re shocked that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes didn’t make their 4-year-old daughter bundle up.
Suri Cruise spent Saturday (December 18) out and about in New York City with her parents, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. The 4-year-old was spotted getting into the holiday spirit at a production of The Nutcracker. The pint-size fashionista looked perfectly put together in a lavender silk dress and pink Ugg boots — but where is her coat? The temperature didn’t get out of the 30s in the Big Apple, so we’re shocked that Tom and Katie let her brave freezing New York weather with bare arms and legs and a blanket that barely covered her.
Is it OK for kids to wear their pajamas in public?
Besides attending the ballet, the TomKat family was in NYC to celebrate Katie’s 32nd birthday. But I just can’t get over how under-dressed Suri was. HollyMoms, would you ever let your tot wander around without a coat in the winter? I know that Tom, 48, has said that they let Suri wear what she wants, but this is ridiculous! The high temperature in New York on Saturday was 36 degrees! “Parents should be taking charge. Children want their parents to make rules, even though they act like they don’t,” social psychologist Dr. Susan Newman, author of The Book of No: 250 Ways to Say It – and Mean It, explains to HollyBaby.com.

While her coat was MIA, Suri made sure to clutch her security blanket close as her daddy, who was more covered up, carried her away from the ballet. Considering she has such a pricey wardrobe, you’d think her parents could spring for a winter coat.

Wether kids like them or not, they NEED boundaries! No wonder all the elementary schools are full of narcissistic, disrespectful, self entitled little monsters. I have heard children say things to their parents that would have gotten me such a thump on the head my ears would have been ringing for a week! And the parents reaction? They respond like their horrible little attitude is something to sympathize with! Pathetic.
Tom and Katie..while doing an epic failure in this area of parenting, are no different than the Jolie-pitt clan. Those kids are left to “make their own choices and be their own little individuals” as well. Hollywood is going to be a friggin nightmare in the next 20 years with all these entitled brats running around, and it is plain to see from day 1, it’s their parents fault entirely.

Tom is an idiot and Katie Holmes is his little robot. Tom’s religion says children are mearly adults who have been reborn and they should make their own decisions. I say CPS needs to step in and give these idiots a lesson in parenting ASAP before that kid ends up sick. PS. teach her how to use a hair brush!
