Is ‘General Hospital’ Star Vanessa Marcil Pregnant?

According to a General Hospital insider, one of the show’s stars Vanessa Marcil is going to be a mom next year. “She looks great. She has a certain glow in her face. She’s as happy as can be,” the insider tells HollyBaby.com exclusively. She’s only a few months along, so the slender star won’t be showing for a while, says the source.

Vanessa married CSI: NY star Carmine Giovinazzo, 37, in July and the couple couldn’t wait to have kids! “She’s loves Carmine and the two have talked about having a baby for some time now,” says the show insider, who also says that Carmine really wants kids and, because Vanessa is already in her 40s, they didn’t want to wait any longer to get down to the business of baby making.

Her impending motherhood is the talk of the soap world since Vanessa returned to her roots and reprised the role of Brenda Barret, which earned her an Emmy Award in 2003. While Vanessa’s PR says she has “no idea” if the star is expecting, we’re officially putting her on bump watch. She’s even talked about how she won’t be prancing around in lingerie on the show anymore.
The sexy star has plenty of practice being a mom — she has an 8-year-old son, Kassius, with her ex-boyfriend Brian Austin Green.

We’re also hearing that the 42-year-old is only going to be on General Hospital for a year, which means she should be done filming way before the baby’s born.

Very happy for the 2 of them if it’s true but god please don’t write it into General Hospital, Sonny doesn’t need anymore kids lol.
