Considering she dresses better than most adults, we think this little lady belongs at the top of all the best dressed lists. She even dictates what mom, Katie Holmes puts on. “And she won’t let me leave unless I’m wearing what she wants me to wear. She’s got great taste. And I want to make her happy,” says Katie.

Kingston Rossdale: The Rock Star in the Making
With his spiky dyed hair, panache for nail polish and devil-may-care attitude, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale’s oldest son, Kingston, 4, is clearly destined to be a headline act on stages across the world. This little guy is an old pro when it comes to living the rock star life – he’s been on tour with daddy Gavin’s band, Bush. “I take Kingston for as long as he wants, so I try to drum that into him: It’s going to be fun!” says Gavin, who makes sure that the tot is comfortable on the tour bus. “Just get him bunks so he won’t fall out — that’s the main thing.”

Shiloh Jolie-Pitt: The Tomboy
Don’t call Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, 4, a girlie girl. She’ll probably beat you up! When she’s not scalping her sister Zahara’s dolls, she’s sword fighting with her brothers or trying to talk her parents, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, into letting her keep dead animals as pets. We find her rebellion against the normal girl things like ballet and Barbies to be refreshing. “I think she is fascinating, the choices she is making,” says Angelina. “Shiloh’s hysterically funny, one of the goofiest, most playful people you’ll ever meet.”

Willow Smith whipped the world into a frenzy with her debut single “Whip My Hair.” The daughter of Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith may only be 10 years old, but she’s got more talent than most people twice her age. Don’t expect the shine to fade from this rising star anytime soon. We have a feeling she’ll be rocking the stage for decades to come. “It’s what I’ve wanted to do my whole life. I get my flow from Daddy, my singing ability from Mommy, the camera stuff from both. That’s just what happens when you hang out with the Smiths,” Willow says.

When Heath Ledger died of an overdose in January 2008, he left behind a daughter, Matilda, with Michelle Williams. She was too young to fully understand what happened but that didn’t stop the world from worrying about how this would affect her life. Kudos to mommy, Michelle, for insisting on raising the 5-year-old away from the Hollywood craziness, opting instead to stay in Brooklyn, “for all the obvious reasons. Being an actor’s daughter. It’s a town that’s about one thing, and I want her to have options,” she says.

Angelina Jolie’s first child, Maddox, was the original bad boy of Hollywood babies. Whether he’s rocking a mohawk and combat boots or glaring at the camera, this 9-year-old always looks like he means business. But he does have a soft spot when it comes to his mommy. “He’s just this little man that’s very supportive of me — it’s like he’s raised me a bit. So I cooked them all breakfast before school this morning, and he has that kind of ‘Thanks, Mom! Good job!’” says Angelina.
