The die-hard bachelor’s girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis, wants to have a baby!

Super mega star George Clooney is known almost as well for his bachelor ways as he is for his movies, but that might suddenly change, if his Italian TV star girlfriend has anything to say about it. The Oscar winner and star of the Ocean’s Eleven franchise, 49, has been dating Elisabetta Canalis, 32, for a year, and it seems her biological clock has started to tick a little bit louder.

“She wants a baby with George,” an insider tells In Touch Weekly. “As much as George has recently fought the idea of marriage and family, he is finally thinking about settling down.”

However, if George stll has cold feet about actually tying the knot, Elisabetta’s friend says he should chill out just a wee bit. “Elisabetta doesn’t even really care if they get married,” the friend insists. “She has a laid-back European mentality and doesn’t need a wedding right away.”

Still, it sounds like George’s insistence on not being a family man might be breaking down, a little bit at a time!
