Court Hearing Scheduled To Decide The Fate Of Baby Leah — Will Amber Lose Custody?

A hearing has been set for January 19 to determine what will happen to Teen Mom star Amber Portwood’s daughter, Leah. Will she be left in the custody of her mother or taken by child services?

After being released from jail on Tuesday, where she spent 24 hours behind bars on three counts of domestic battery and child neglect, 20-year-old Teen Mom star Amber Portwood now faces losing her 2-year-old daughter, Leah. TMZ has obtained court documents entitled, “In The Matter Of Leah Shirley, A Child Alleged to be a Child in Need of Services,” stating that there will be a hearing on January 19 to decide the fate of Amber’s child with ex-boyfriend Gary Shirley.
