Justin Bieber spent the holidays in his native Stratford, Ontario, but a routine trip to the mall turned into pandemonium when the hometown hero was spotted by a legion of Beliebers! The Waterloo Region Record reports that the 16-year-old spent Dec. 26 at the local Fairview Park Mall when chaos broke out.
