I love Sookie in the books but not on the show. However I’m a big fan of Eric/Alex. He’s hot and he steals every scene he’s in and that’s why my vote goes to Eric and Sookie. Looking forward to seeing more of Alex in Season 4 and his upcoming movies Straw Dogs, Melancholia and Battleship.

Eric and Sookie is the sexiest thing on True Blood. He put her in his basement because she was part of the plan to get rid of Russell. Russell and Eric did not drain her, they drank from her blood which is different. If she had been drained she wouldn’t have been able nor would she have wanted to save Eric after he was burned by the sun. The only one who drained Sookie and put her in the hospital after being near death was Bill. And don’t make up the excuse that he didn’t know what he was doing, Eric was in the same condition yet he managed to control himself when Sookie GAVE him her blood.
Sookie is sick in the head for taking Bill back after he let the two psychos beat her unconscious, dumping her and cheating on her with Lorena and then almost killing her via draining. She should have let Lorena finish him off.

You’re wrong when you say that Eric and Russell didn’t drain her, they did. Bill is the one who revived her. Not that he’s any kind of hero, but he’s the one who revived her. When Eric was on the parking lot, she was dying in the basement. The fact that she ran out to rescue him shows that she’s an idiot. She should have left him to burn. But only after she throws some silver on Bill and drags him to the parking lot. Eric wasn’t in the same condition as Bill. He was bad off, but he was still conscious and when Sookie was giving him blood, both Bill and Pam were present and Bill had to stop him. If you watch the scene Eric didn’t want to stop. So he didn’t control himself. No Sookie didn’t take him back once she found out he let the 2 psychos beat her. The thing that makes no sense, about the show, is that Sookie is going to run right into the arms of Eric who is just as guilty, if not more so, of using and abusing her.

1. She wasn’t dying. Russell wanted to make sure she lived to use her again. Her safety was part of the plan, that’s why Bill agreed to it! She wasn’t meant to die at all according to Eric’s plan!
2. Eric wasn’t any more conscious than Bill was when Bill attacked Sookie.
In Bill’s scene, she starts feeding him and after a while he pops fangs and starts to bite her and then he flips her over and puts a hand on her mouth to stop her from screaming.
In eric’s scene, Pam states he’s too weak to pop fangs, and he NEVER gets them out throughout the feeding. He never tries to attack Sookie either, and he could have easily overpowered Bill if he wanted. But he didn’t.

tooly, if you’re saying Eric needed fangs to drink from Sookie, then you’re wrong. She cut her wrist open, and he never dropped fang the whole time. Re-watch the scene and you’ll see.
Bullsh*t Bill was weaker than Eric. Like Trixie said, he managed to flip Sookie over and cover her mouth while he drained her dry. It was a loss of control, which turns Bill into a total hypocrite because of his whole “I am the only one who can control myself with you” speech.
What Bill and Sookie have is an obsession, it’s not really love. If Bill loved Sookie, he would have come to clean to her and admitted that he was sent by the queen rather than keep quiet so he didn’t lose Sookie. He needs to grow past his self-hatred and mommy issues before he can love anyone.

You’re right he’s a better actor because he’s got a lot of range and talent. Meekus was a small comedic role he played like 10 years ago. He’s also been in a lot of European films. Now he’s the true star of True Blood, the actor loved by all his cast members, the most popular in the show and the one with the most fans and recognition. He also has a lot of films coming out, among them Straw Dogs, Melancholia and Battleship. What has Stephen Moyer done lately? the only thing that comes to mind is a cameo in a low budget horror film directed by Anna Paquin’s brother. At best he’ll be nominated for a Razzie award. LMAO!
