The 43-year-old actress is at the top of her game, but she credits her new-found success to ‘Dancing with the Stars!’

You’re probably wondering where Tia Carrere has been hiding for the past 19 years, that’s because she left acting behind to pursue her true love: music. The Oahu-born actress, most famous for her role as Cassandra Wong in the hit 1992 film Wayne’s World and Wayne’s World 2, stopped by HollywoodLife.com to discuss her recent Grammy nomination, her fourth to be precise.

Tia’s new album “Huana Ke Aloha,” is in the running for best Hawaiian Music Album at the upcoming 53rd Grammy Awards on Feb. 13, and she says attending the Grammys is like “having a front row seat at the best party in the world.”
