While a romantic pairing between the two seems out of the question, Taylor must be pretty bummed to see her ex chatting up Camilla!
Much has been made of the rumored feud between Taylor Swift and Camilla Belle ever since Taylor’s then boyfriend Joe Jonas was reported to have dumped the singer for the actress – and it’s looking like things may be getting worse! Taylor’s ex Jake Gyllenhaal was spotted chatting with Camilla at the Art of Elysium gala on Jan. 15 and while there were certainly were no signs of a relationship, no one wants to see an ex talking with their enemy!
Some have suggested that Taylor, 21, was mocking Camilla in her song “Better Than Revenge” on her album Speak Now. Among the lyrics is the line, “She’s an actress / But she’s better known for the things that she does on the mattress.” Whoever the song is about has clearly drawn the scorn of Taylor!
What do you think HollywoodLifers — was it rude of Jake to be photographed with Taylor’s rumored enemy?

Jake has had his heart broken too, remember. He experienced something unlike ever before when dating Reese, going from ready to marry her and her two children, to her saying she’s just not ready…yet that is exactly what she is about to do, only to another man. Jake still has growing up to do, and I think Reese sensed this. So Jake is now attempting to feel what it feels like to feel, roam, laugh, and figure things out, whereas Taylor just wants to be loved, period. She seems to love whomever loves her, but it seems boundaries elude her! And that my dear Taylor is unappealing to ANY guy. I hope she learns how to be a bit more self preserved with a hardy dose of knowing what she wants opposed to desperate to conform to whatever someone else wants. She is in a losing pattern if she does not!

I agree with ‘oh dear’. Jake is a free agent and talk to whoever he wants. I used to like Taylor but now I just can’t. It seems like she hasn’t left high school. She can be very catty and immature. It just isn’t classy. I have always liked Camilla Bell since The Ballad of Jack and Rose. She is very intelligent and have found her very likable in interviews. I really lost respect for Taylor when she became the high school mean girl trying to humilate her ex’s new girlfriend because she was jealous. I have zero respect for that.
Either way, she and Jake were not going to last. He is much too old and seemed far to liberal for her to be honest. I can’t see them having a similar value system.
I kinda think Swift should stop the serial dating and take some time to get to know herself and grow up.
