A judge has just ordered J-Woww’s ex to NOT sell or distribute the naked photos that she claims were taken when under anesthesia!
J-Woww is in the clear — for now! The Jersey Shore star was freaking out that her ex-boyfriend and former manager Tom Lippolis claimed to have several naked photos of her from before and after her plastic surgery procedures. But luckily, Judge Jeffrey Brown of the Nassau County Supreme Court has ruled in J-Woww’s favor, granting an injunction against Tom, meaning that Tom can’t sell any pictures or videos of her until the case it completely settled!
“J-Woww is ecstatic because Judge Brown read our papers and said Tom is enjoined which means he is prohibited from releasing any photos or video of her until the disposition of the case,” J-Woww’s attorney Rudy Fusco tells us. “Tom can’t give them away, he can’t offer them for himself, and if he does he’ll appear before Judge Brown and he’ll be held in contempt of court.”
Rudy went on to say that it could “take years” before the case is settled and the exes “aren’t on speaking terms.”

I am soooooooooooo tired of these “enhanced” women thinking they are “all that and a bag of chips”. Fake boobs, fake faces, fake personalities!!! I will take a natural beauty and her little boobs anyday over those idiots who NEED enhancing!!!

What a beautiful BODY! Not that Impressed by it at all, because anybody can get plastic surgery! What’s impressive thou, is when a women has all the natural beauty God gave them and it’s REAL! There are really alot of women out there that are very attractive without all the cosmetic garbage that the fake ones need to look beautiful.

I really find it hard to believe that she was under any anaesthia, What doctor in his right mind would permit that, unless prior approval was given… then that changes the story, As for the Judges ruling, let him view the pictures first, then it might change his mind, Im sure after looking at all the fake stuff, he will be able to see that her story is more likely fake too…
If they do go on the market, I dont want any, I prefer the real thing, thank you anyways….My natural wife is so far better than her anyways….

there’s no way she was under anesthesia. you’re not allowed to be anywhere alone with a patient when they’re under anesthesia unless your in a recovery room WITH a nurse who’s assigned to that room….. and i have a hard time believing any nurse would allow that to happen. she’s just a liar (what woman isn’t) and is trying real hard to make excuses. but they’ll get out, i guarantee it. it’s gonna take a lot more than a wimpy, sissy, pussified judge who will believe anything a woman will say to keep these pics out of the public eye. did this ignorant, naive, with an iq that hovers around 70 judge even see these pics? if she’s so under anesthesia then she must be in a hospital gown and in bed. if she’s not then they should be sold …now.

Under anaesthetic, she can’t consent to the photos. If she’d been alive and conscious and let them be taken, they are fair game.
