Everyday we’re hounded by photos and videos of gorgeous celebs with perfect bodies, which can make us feel horribly about ourselves. But it turns out many starlets feel the same pressure we do!

Whenever I hear an actress or model credit her perfect figure on “genetics,” I want to scream. Seriously, there’s no way these gorgeous and seemingly flawless women are all handed perfectly svelte bodies — it just doesn’t happen! Being thin and in shape takes diet and exercise…don’t let them fool you! That’s why I live to hear about celebs’ struggles with weight.
