Teen Mom star Amber Portwood, 20, appeared at a “closed door” hearing with Child Protective Services yesterday in Indiana and confessed that she had been an “unfit parent” to her two-year-old daughter, Leah! Amber made the admission to Judge Jack Brinkman in Madison County Court, according to RadarOnline.com. TMZ reports Charlie Sheen was taken to the hospital early this morning because of horrible stomach pains — we hope he’s okay!

UPDATE: 2:55 p.m. PST: Charlie Sheen reportedly had bricks of cocaine delivered in a designer suitcase on the beginning of his bender Tuesday, reports TMZ. His rep says he doesn’t know if that’s true or not. His former wife, Brooke Mueller, is reportedly on her way to the hospital. Click here to read more
