Not only does our insider confirm the report Dianna and Alex are engaged, but the source says they’ve been keeping it secret for months!
Dianna Agron and Alex Pettyfer fell madly in love during their shoot of the upcoming action film, I Am Number Four, last summer. US Weekly is reporting the Glee beauty and hunky actor are now engaged — and a friend of the couple’s tells HollywoodLife.com they’ve been hiding their commitment to each other for months!
“Alex and Dianna got engaged months ago,” the insider tells us exclusively. “He got her a ring, but she doesn’t wear it. They wanted to keep it under wraps. It’s better for both of their careers if they’re hot and single, rather than taken.”
According to our insider, Alex — who’s a 20-year-old English actor and model — is a reformed player now that 24-year-old Dianna is in his life.
“The second he fell for Dianna, Alex changed,” our source says. “He stopped seeing other girls and is absolutely head over heels.”
Alex’s rep tells us reports of Dianna and Alex’s engagement are “not true.” However, their friend seems to think otherwise.
“I haven’t talked to them in a month or so, so something could have fallen through since then,” the source says, adding, “But I doubt it. They are madly in love.”
Alex and Dianna certainly make an attractive couple! We love to hear about young love in Hollywood…congrats, you two!

This is so dumb. Can you say, PR? Happens with every ‘couple’ who just happens to be co-stars and has a movie coming out in the near future lol…

Dianna Agron is really gorgeous and sensual. American perfection doesn’t get much purer than her. Now she has to drop that horse’s ass toyboy boyfriend of hers, Alex Pettyfer. It is unfortunate that she is as attractive as she is misguided with her poor taste in men. I thought that she was more interested in older guys not wanting to be a cougar. She deserves better than an ugly 20 year old pretentious egomaniac who obviously can’t handle older women. She is way out of his league.

Isn’t this story backwards since neither have been promoting themselves as single. They instead have been seen “dating” and fueling those rumors of being together. Publicity wise they are not single and this showmance is worse than Robsten.
