Jenelle and boyfriend Kieffer Delp had been staying with Jaelanie temporarily, but Jaelanie asked them to leave. “She was allowed there, then she wasn’t,” the victim tells us. “My mom didn’t want people there that weren’t immediate family.”

Jaelanie says she called the cops on Jenelle and Kieffer when the couple broke into the house, but was not at the scene when law enforcement arrived because she was staying at her brother-in-law’s house for the evening.

But Jaelanie isn’t the only one to serve Jenelle with a complaint. That same day, Jenelle’s boyfriend Kieffer had her served because she allegedly broke his iPhone, resulting in damages of more than $200.

This isn’t the first time Jenelle has faced such charges. Though these may be misdemeanors, Jenelle is currently fighting charges for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and breaking and entering (for which she was arrested in Oct. 2010) in the Brunswick county court.

Her next hearing is scheduled for April 14 for the criminal charges and she could face up to 260 days in jail. Now, Jenelle will also have to appear in court March 7 to deal with these new criminal summonses.
