The singer has great tips for fans who want to slim down too!
Jennifer Hudson flaunted her newly-trim figure on the Feb. 10 episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show — and she shared her secrets to losing 80 pounds!
The 29-year-old has dropped down from a size 16 to a size 6 and couldn’t be any happier with the results.
“It’s like a brand new me,” Jennifer said. “Sometimes I don’t even recognize myself.”
Jennifer attributes her weight loss to keeping exercise fun and varied, switching between routines such as jumping rope, playing sports such as basketball and running on the treadmill.
Recently svelte, Jennifer said she is perfectly content with her new body and not looking to lose anymore.
“That [size] 4 and that 2 and that 0 is not for me,” she said.
Jennifer, who is also the pitchwoman for Weight Watchers, said her family is losing weight along with her. Collectively, the Hudson brood has lost an incredible 1,935 pounds!
