HollywoodLife.com‘s President and Editor-in-Chief Bonnie Fuller — a proud Canadian herself — is honored to present the winner of the User’s Choice Poll at this year’s Genie Awards, and HL is pleased to be THE online outlet for the User’s Choice voting!
“In what has been a tremendous year, Canadian films continue to surprise and inspire audiences across our country and around the world,” said Kirstine Stewart, Executive Vice President, English Services, CBC. “The Genie Awards are going to be a night of celebration that audiences won’t want to miss.”
“By all accounts, this has been a fantastic year for Canadian cinema,” said Sara Morton, CEO of the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television. “We look forward to welcoming all of this year’s Genie nominees to the nation’s capital for a well-deserved celebration of their work.”
The 31st Annual Genie Awards will be broadcast live from the National Arts Centre in Ottawa on Thursday, March 10, 2011 on CBC at 8 pm.

I Cant Wait For The Genie Awards. The Best Canadian Actor/Actress On That List Was Oblivously Baruchel. Jay Baruchel Is Amazing And He Never Screws Up,He Is The Best. Vote for JAY!!!!!

Reynolds sold out to Hollywood, Look last couple years all those crappy love comedies, all he did was show some tits…Dude was good at the start of his career but now is a washed-up Hollywood sell-out, with an arrogant attitude…Plus the dude is a Real Baby–He cant be alone, goes from girlfriend to girlfriend trying to find his Mommy…
Gosling has kept real and does films with a core and takes chances for himself not the hollywoods to make money solely…
