Elton John orchestrated one of the biggest parties to celebrate the 83rd Academy Awards, and the star-studded guest list did not disappoint! The 19th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party was held Feb. 27 at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, and young celebrities were all around.
