The 18-year-old arrives at the Chateau Marmont at 1 am, partying with pals until 3 am — was she on a Salvia bender again?
Miley Cyrus‘ out of control ways continue as the actress showed up to the LA’s Chateau Marmont March 12 with a group of friends at 1 am — and then partied until 3! The 18-year-old star seemed to be out of it even when she arrived, with some of her pals forced to hold her up. She really is out of control!
While Miley is certainly allowed to enjoy a night out, especially given how hard she works, what teenager is allowed to stay out so late? Most teens have to be home by midnight and Miley is instead going OUT later than that! How do her parents allow this?
Miley stumbled into the popular hotspot and had her people sneak her out the back when she left, likely a good move considering the state the actress appeared to be in on her way into the hotel.
Following her recent slew of poor decisions, such as her racy leaked photos and Salvia toking, one would think Miley would do her best to tone down her behavior. Instead, she shows up after midnight to a club in barely there jean shorts and tights.
This behavior could all of course be a result of the recent trouble in her personal life, with her father himself going on the record to speak out against her behavior.

god people are soo concerned about Miley drinking and taking drugs and they are not concerned about the milloions of teens doing it world wide Miley is old enough to do her own desicions leave her be she is just a girl.

Age isn’t an excuse for poor behvaior ESPECIALLY for a young woman. Woman don’t act like this. Immature woman do. Parents now have to take away entertainment just so the child doesn’t end up like a big mess. Those of you who keeep saying oh all teens do this. Have you met every teen in the world? No. A lot teens party but a lot don’t. MOST TEENS STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS. Stop saying,”Oh everyone does this” you don’t have proof that everyone does that. Just because she is from disney doesn’t mean she is growing up. Actually growing up isn’t an excuse anymore. The excuse,”Everybody does this” doesn’t work either. Age, growing up, and everybody does it excuses are no longer taken seriously. She can’t do whatever she wants. She’s not 21. And she will always be known as hannah montana because she signed up to be known as hannah montana. You don’t sign up for something you don’t wanna be knowns as now do you?

all you shitty magazines are completly telling a lie right now miley was not drunk she was in a metting with dr. luke he even posted something on his twitter saying they was talking about music and all she ate was a sandwhich get your freaking facts straight this is ridicioulis the bright lights from the paparazzi cameras are obviosuly blinding. so gets your facts straight. i love miley and she doesnt need to be treated like this she made some mistakes in the past but she is human humans make mistakes. and she is trying to get back to good but all these magazines have to make up false rumour -_-

Her general search for freedom, from childhood rules, and the Hannah Montana persona that everyone expects her to embody.
This picture does not prove that she was in any way drunk or high. But, if so, then I just don’t approve. If you’re so f*cked up that you can’t walk or do the most basic things for yourself, that’s a problem. No, I don’t think she’s too young for this, because I don’t think anyone she be so wasted that they can’t walk. If she were, 20something, thirtysomething, or older, my answer would be the same.

Our Miley is eighteen years of age. She’s got bucks up the kazoo, and checking out the world. Checking out the world for direction, purpose, and meaning to life. Until our Miley begins accelerating her motorcycles up ramps and flying over stacks of cars or boomeranging herself over entire lengths of two, three, four tractor-trailer rigs, or risking her life attempting to cross over entire canyons such as Snake River, imitating the likes of that daredevil Evel Knievel, I have no opinion one way or other.

But Hannah Montana is over and Miley Cyrus is no longer on Disney Channel. So she’s no longer under the same ‘rules’ that she was under as a Disney Child star. Also, this photo isn’t likely to make kids want to get drunk because the pic doesn’t PROVE that she was actually intoxicated.

The ‘she’s too young’ argument really doesn’t work anymore. Miley Cyrus is not a little girl; she turned 18 last year. She is no longer on Disney Channel. She graduated from high school last year. She has her own car, her own career, and her own place. She no longer lives under her parents’ roof. It’s perfectly normal for 18 year olds to stay up late.
And you really need to stop whining about what this woman wears. You don’t complain when Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Rihana, Katy Perry, Britney Spears, or Christina Aguilera dress sexy so you shouldn’t complain when Miley Cyrus does it either, otherwise you’re a hypocrite. This ADULT has the right to wear whatever she wants.

As a mother of 3, 29, 26 & 19, you never stop being a parent. Where are the parent’s to these kids that are running a muck! Especially these kids in the film industry. They need even more monitoring w/ the ever presense of temptations that their exposed to. The biggest headliners, Miley, Lohan and Justin, flipping “the bird”. I’d be nipping this ridiculous behavior in the bud, ASAP! Their age and celebrity isn’t relevent in the role of “parent”. They all need a swift reality check from Mom, that is if the parents are functional.
It’s a damn shame, these kid’s all started w/ such promise.

She is dressed like a typical teen. She is legal. You have no proof she is high or intoxicated. This pic seems to be a pic of Miley with her eyes closed. She, like any other 18, can go off and live by themselves, vote, sign contracts, etc. If she was being supported by her parents, then maybe, I can see a curfew, but we KNOW THIS ISN’T TRUE. It is too bad it is not worth it for celebrities to sue on lousey articles which don’t actual say much but put bad ideas about said celeb into the reader’s mind. It might end CRAP ‘ARTICLES’ LIKE THIS.

She’s 18, as far as I remember its not up to them any more as she is legally an adult. That whole age of consent thing that every one seems to simply be forgetting. At 18 no one was ‘allowing’ me to do any thing. Leave the girl alone and quit being so bloody judgmental. Just imagine what people would have seen if -you- where being stalked by photographers at her age.

She didn’t show up at a “club” as you falsely claim, she showed up at a hotel! You have no idea what she did inside the hotel as these slimeball paparazzi did not follow her inside–they would not be allowed inside by the management. For all you know, she was visiting a guest at the hotel, which is a lot more probable, since at 18 no club would let her in. As for the pictures, try walking in the dark at 3 a.m and having a bunch of photo flashes in your eyes and see how well you walk afterwards. That experience is not exactly conducive to walking upright. She looks in those photos exactly like she often looks after being assaulted by the paparazzi, battered and shaken. And, a teenager who is 18 is an adult and allowed by law to stay out as late as she wants.

Sort of typical, the pics in that photo set where she’s walking upright are ignored. So was she drunk in those pics? No one actually knows, yet HL feels it’s right to take one picture and draw a conclusion. There are six pics of that out there as far as I know and you picked the one where she looks like that. That’s not journalism, that’s slander.
Also she’s a teenager yes but you know what? She’s a legal adult. So she can decide herself until what time she stays out.

Actually, she seems quite in-control to me. I don’t read into pics and come to a conclusion that she’s intoxicated. Anyone at the HOTEL Chateau Marmont say she was? Yes, she seems in-control, like when she went to the charity bowling a few nights ago and when she hosted Saturday Night Live or when she stood up to a pap without cursing or when she went to Haiti in a charity for hearing-impaired people of that country. What’s more out-of-control are the irresponsible predictions and statements made by people like you in the media about this hard-working young woman.
