When the news broke this week that the infamous love scene in 1973′s Don’t Look Now actually featured real sex, it got HollywoodLife.com thinking: What’s the greatest big-screen love scene of all time? We’ve put together a gallery of 10 of the hottest scenes, and we want YOU to help us make our decision! We’ve got the classics like Titanic and The Notebook, along with some of our other favorites. We’ve even got Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart‘s first-time from Breaking Dawn, Part 1 … and that one’s not even out yet!

Here are your options — choose wisely:

Breaking Dawn, Part 1 (2011) — In what can only be described as the most anticipated thing EVER, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will FINALLY get down and dirty on-screen for Edward and Bella’s honeymoon. Let the feathers fly!

Titanic (1997) — We’re still bummed that Jack (Leonardo DiCaprio) didn’t survive iceberg-gate, but at least he froze to death with a smile on his face. That rendezvous with Rose (Kate Winslet) in the carriage was almost hot enough to melt the ice. Almost.

The Notebook (2004) — Sometimes sex is just sex, but other times it’s “making love.” In the case of Noah (Ryan Gosling) and Allie (Rachel McAdams), it was definitely the latter. Timeless, epic, etc.

Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005) — To say Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s sex scene was anything other than “earth-shatteringly hot” would be a lie. It may not be on Jennifer Aniston‘s Netflix cue, but it’s at the TOP of ours!

Showgirls (1995) — Is there really anything more romantic than watching a sleazy Vegas businessman (Kyle McLaughlin) and a stripper (Elizabeth Berkley) flop around in a pool, illuminated by tacky neon lights? We didn’t think so.

Ghost (1990) — Before Edward Cullen existed, Patrick Swayze‘s Sam was the sexiest dead guy ever. And be honest, you totally wanted to take a pottery class after seeing him and Demi Moore in action.

Blue Valentine (2010) — Michelle Williams and Ryan Gosling‘s indie flick may have been one of the most depressing movies of the year, but it was also one of the hottest. You’ll really need a box of Kleenex for THIS love scene.

Unfaithful (2002) — Yes, adultery is wrong… but somehow Diane Lane and Olivier Martinez make it seem so right.

Wild Things (1998) — This cult classic certainly isn’t for the faint of heart, especially the “love” scene between Matt Dillon, Neve Campbell and Denise Richards.

Pretty Woman (1990) — Hookers have feelings too, apparently, which Julia Roberts taught us when she made sweet, sweet love to Richard Gere.
