Alyssa, who is expecting her first baby, a boy, with her husband David Bugliari, has been keeping all of her Twitter fans up to speed on every step of her pregnancy, including doctor’s appointments! “Getting an ultrasound!” she wrote on March 24, “My baby is huge! I ? him.” Aww!
