Between Justin Bieber’s un-zippered fly(s), Eva’s near nip slip and Vanessa’s umpteenth see-thru look, wardrobe malfunctions are a dime a dozen in Hollywood — but which fashion-oops do YOU most remember?

Vanessa Hudgens looked like her beautiful self out in LA April 6, save one small problem – a totally see-thru shirt! Of course, we’ve seen the 22-year-old starlet with little to nothing on before, so it wasn’t TOO shocking, but it did remind us just how common fashion technical difficulties happen in Hollywood.

Remember the time Justin Bieber‘s fly came undone? What about when Tara Reid‘s dress completely fell off, exposing her boob? And then, of course, there’s the most notorious “wardrobe malfunction” of all time — Janet Jackson’s infamous 2004 Super Bowl nipple slip with Justin Timberlake during the half-time show. More recently, Selena Gomez accidentally showed off her Spanx during a concert in Los Angeles, which is the same thing that happened to Lindsay Lohan on a red carpet.
