It sounds like Halle and her baby daddy Gabriel are making some progress when it comes to a custody agreement over their 3-year-old daughter Nahla, but unfortunately they had to go to court to do so.
The battle ensues. Halle Berry, 44, and Gabriel Aubry, 35, left the L.A. County Courthouse today, April 12, after attempting to finalize a settlement involving the custody and visitation of their 3-year-old daughter Nahla. How did it go?
TMZ.com is reporting that they were in the court room when Judge Mark Juhas explained to Gabriel and his lawyers that, “We’re making huge progress. We need to stick with it.”
Gabriel and his attorneys Gary Fishbein and Kristina Royce, went into the chambers with the judge first, followed by Halle and her lawyers, Neal Hersh and Judy Bogen. This back and forth is all a part of a settlement conference over Nahla’s custody arrangement.
Halle’s working schedule has played a big part in prohibiting the pair from coming to some sort of an agreement, but it looks like there is hope for a settlement or a truce in the near future! Finally!

That’s not true. He was one of the world’s top models, making around $700,000 annually. What makes him a nobody. He may not have been well known in Hollywood, but in the modeling world, he was somebody.
When she gets through destroying him, he will still be someone that people will remember as the man that Halle made a fool of!
