Russell Brand Wants Kids With Katy Perry — But It Sounds Like He’d Be A Reckless Dad!

Furthermore, Russell jokingly demands that his child have a British accent!

Their careers may be red hot, but Russell Brand can’t wait to have kids with his wife Katy Perry!

“I love children. I am very much looking forward to becoming a dad. Who knows when? Soon I hope,” he tells OK!

That said, hopefully Russell was kidding when he told the magazine how he plans to parent.

“I go nuts with children,” he says. “So when I’m around my friends’ children, I jazz the kids up, I swear at them, I get them all worked up, I say crazy stuff to them. I fill their heads with nonsense and then leave them.”

Russell’s odd request for parenthood? Even though he lives in Los Angeles with Katy, he hopes he can raise them in his native Britain so they sound like him!

“I secretly want to do that. I have a fear of hearing my American children speak to me in American accents,” he says.

We hope he’s joking about everything besides having a baby!
