America’s gold-medal Olympic swimmer gets snapped alongside more sexy babes in bikinis! Will he ever clean up his act?

Michael Phelps must think his image has been fully rehabbed — he led a champagne ceremony surrounded by scantily-clad women to launch the new season at the Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas over the weekend!

Instead of his trademark Speedo, Michael, 25, rocked long surfer trunks as he smiled April 17 for snapshots in a goatee and shades, The Daily Mail reports.

Shortly after his record-breaking Olympic triumph in  2008, when he won eight gold medals in Beijing, Michael was photographed with a hand on a waitress at the Playboy club in Vegas. In 2009, he was suspended by USA Swimming for being snapped using a bong. He was never charged with a crime but was banned from competing for three months — and lost his Kellogg’s endorsement contract!
