And here’s the biggest surprise of all: Jen’s pricey new pad only has one bedroom and one bathroom!

We’ve heard rumblings of Jennifer Aniston apartment-hunting in New York City for months, and now we finally have photos of what just might be her new east coast digs! According to E! Online, Jen is close to plunking down $5.9 million on a 1,200-square foot apartment in NYC’s West Village — and funnily enough, it’s only a few blocks away from the building used for exterior shots on Friends.

The apartment, reportedly on the 18th floor of a pre-war building, also has an 800-square foot terrace with a 360-degree view of the New York Harbor and Empire State Building.

E! Online recalls an interview Jen did with Good Morning America‘s Robin Roberts, in which she said, “I’ve been looking and looking and looking [for the right apartment.] I grew up here. I miss it. There’s nothing like being in the city of Everyman.

Her rep will neither confirm nor deny whether Jen has purchased the pricey new pad.
