‘Teen Mom 2′ Star Jenelle Evans Clean Of Drugs!

Good news for Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans! The 19-year-old MTV reality star is drug free … so far!
“Jenelle has not tested positive [for drugs or alcohol] and she has met with her probation officer twice,” Jenelle’s attorney Dustin Sullivan tells HollyBaby.com exclusively!
“She has also almost completed her community service hours,” Dustin continues. “She has done extremely well with probation — doing everything required of her.”
But on May 6, Jenelle is expected to appear in Brunswick County, N.C. district court to deal with charges of breaking and entering, tresspassing, injury to property and making harassing phone calls stemming from an incident at her former friend Jaelanie Salas‘ home.
“The case is set for final — meaning nobody can continue it except for the judge,” explains Dustin. “We have to deal with it tomorrow.”
“There will be absolutely no plea,” says Dustin. “The charges will be dismissed or the case will go to trial — and the trial would start and most likely finish tomorrow.”
The Honorable Napoleon Barefoot is the judge who will oversee the proceedings — find Jenelle either guilty or innocent. If Jenelle is found guilty, she won’t be thrown behind bars — she just faces the chance of more probation time added onto what she already has — plus whatever else the judge orders.
“I am prepared for trial, but hoping for dismisal,” says Dustin.

Napoleon Barefoot in charge of proceedings??? Good luck, Jenelle. I am from Columbus County, the next county over, and Barefoot rules in proceedings over there, too. He is perhaps the most insensitive man you will ever meet. He told me when I was 17 I had to go home alone with my abusive stepfather while my mum went to jail, after I testified at a court case leading to her contempt.
Jenelle, get a different judge! Or, do what others have done in the past, and rent a house at his relative’s land, and you’ll get off!!
